I made sure I did an extra long warm up and stretch today since I wasn't feeling great yesterday.
Strength:
3x12 wide grip bench press @ 95lbs
Wod:
2000m Row
30 Clean & Jerks @ 95lbs
200 Doubleunders
*On my row I made sure I focused on consistency. I kept it under 2:05 the whole 2m and was able to finish in 8:20. The clean and jerks I did 1 at a time and and took 20 seconds rest after every 3 to keep  my heart rate down.Â
