Strength:
Dumbell Bench Press: 3x15 @ 35lbs
WOD:
1 high hang clean, 1 hang clean, 1 power clean 15 doubleunders
Every 1:30 for 7 rounds (100lbs)
1 power clean, 1 jerk, 1 squat clean & jerk 15 doubleunders
Every 1:30 for 7 rounds (100lbs)
For this WOD I really focused on my form. I was getting finished with my round at about 30-45 seconds so I had time to slow my heart rate down. I did split jerks to practice my form and movement being that I had enough rest in between rounds.
