Late diagnosed (36) autism, and CPTSD robbed me of myself for decades. A bad, bad autistic burnout a few years ago killed the rest of my confidence, energy, and worth.
I'm clawing it back in earth, bones, magic, and embodied practices. In writing, knitting, gardening, embroidery, exercise, tea, reading,* tarot, and all the other things that fulfill me.
