New pattern: Between the Dragon and His Wrap

With medieval-style dragons and castles, this shawl is a fantasy lover’s delight! It’s knitted entirely in the round, with the fringe built in as you go. This pattern features the easiest steek imaginable - the steek becomes the fringe; you just cut it up the middle and knot the strands to finish!

You can follow either written or charted instructions.

Comes in two lengths.

This poncho is a lovely, flowy layering piece with a very simple construction. A fancy-lace-and-cables edging motif and moss stitch turn what is essentially two rectangles joined at the shoulders, into an elegant garment to keep you extra-warm!

I was horrified by yesterday’s explosion in Beirut, not just as a human, but as someone who’s half Lebanese. I want to do something to help. So. This is my Arabesque Baby Blanket pattern. It’s usually free, but now it’s “pay what you can” (which still includes free). For the rest of August, all profits from sales of this patter will go to the Lebanese Red Cross, who have opened first aid and triage stations in Beirut to treat the wounded.

New pattern: Vigil Wrap

This is worked in stranded knitting in the round. It’s quicker and easier than it looks, and is the best way I can think of to get introduced to the technique of steeking - very little risk and stress involved in this one. Plus, it’ll probably be the quickest fringing job you’ll ever do for something of this size.

This is worked all in one piece, border and body together, from the tip out, to maximize yardage. If you’ve got two 100g skeins of worsted weight in your stash, you’re good to go, but there are also resizing notes in the pattern if you have less or more yardage than the pattern calls for.
