#knitting pattern

The Nativity Shepherd Dolls are my second Nativity knitting design. The dolls are 15cm tall and designed to hold a crook or walking stick. Each doll has a separate costume design, which knitters can swap and change if they wish to knit more than two dolls. The knitting pattern is suitable for beginners. This pattern is designed with simplicity in mind, so for experienced knitters, each doll can be knitted up in an evening.

Little sprites plucked fresh from the soil and ready to bumble about. They can't see yet. The eyes develop higher on the stalk, protected by the veil tissue until the cap blooms.

Here is my third knitting pattern for the Three Wise Men, which is part of my Nativity collection. All the dolls wear different outfits, based on the clothing of the time. These little dolls accompany my Nativity Knitting Pattern and Nativity Shepherds Knitting Pattern, or can be bought with all three patterns included from Etsy and LoveCrafts.

This pattern is part of the Tudor collection I have been designing. The doll accompanies King Henry VIII & Cardinal Wolsey. Katherine of Aragon was the first wife of Henry VIII. This little doll is 14cm tall and is a simplified version of the other Tudor dolls I have designed. The knitting pattern is suitable for beginners and a quick knit. The doll would look fantastic as part of a display or given as a gift for those who love all things Tudor.

Some ones that could work:

The fuck sweater with one of my rainbow barfs held double? And one of my undyed handspuns as the background.

dinosaurs - could unspin the medium browns from the cotton 4 strand so that could be the "dirt" and the rainbow barf the bones

Some that probably can't work:

cool bugs since it seems like the high contrast is required. The many small sprinkles would get lost if the background weren't in such contrast.

And this cover will inevitably felt, so there's another reason why I should stay away from tiny details? Maybe.

circuits-ish thing that seems like it would be best with circuit board colors.

​Since I was a child, I loved reading Cicely Mary Barker's Flower Fairy books. These beautiful books contain poems and illustrations of flower fairies. This little doll is 16cm tall, and has a bluebell-shaped skirt; she wears a bluebell-inspired hat. She is my third flower doll, designed in 2025, and accompanies the Snowdrop and Daffodil dolls. The doll would make a perfect gift for both young and old.

A Bib that I just need to lightly block.

I used Crafter's Secret Cotton Yarn by Hobby Lobby and Size US 7 (4.5 mm) 13" Takumi by Clover throughout.

The celebration doll makes a perfect gift for Mother's Day, Easter, Birthdays, Bridesmaids, or just as a 'thinking of you' or 'thank you' gesture. The doll holds a bunch of tulips, can be knitted in any colour, and is 15cm in height. The doll wears an additional picot-edged overskirt, which is attached to the body. The knitting pattern is suitable for beginners, using basic knitting techniques, and is a quick knit.
