like yeah, okay, this show really isn't for everyone, you have to actively pay attention to understand the slowly unraveling mystery plot and not everyone's a fan of the pacing.

okay, the genre does a complete 180° turn and everyone's speaking a different language, not the entire population's cup of coffee.

but tell me why I only heard about this absolute masterpiece of a show with outstanding performances, stunning set designs and completely original plot in the big 2026 even though its niche is so right up my alley I'm not even kidding???

Gustave's prosthetic is useful, but it's also visibly skinnier than his right arm - it's not trying to make him appear nondisabled, it's there to do what he needs it to do, and in the swimsuit skin you can see the scars on his stump, which he clearly isn't bothering to hide.

Also for everyone in the notes wondering what the hell this is even advertising because they’ve never heard of Big Money Supermarket, the UK is really big on comparison shopping websites for things like utilities and insurance plans, to the point where many sites have nationally identifiable actors and mascots that would be culturally equivalent to the GEICO gecko or Jake from State Farm in the USA (the difference being that these UK sites are giving you rates from multiple companies at once).
