Drip Irrigation Testing

Recently I have been working on some new lighting pieces which can be rapidly manufactured to order, with limited resources and manufacturing process. The challenge was to make something quickly, simply and with basic materials, while still creating lamps which gave a warm homely aesthetic to dull spaces.

Testing paper backed 0.6mm oak veneer. This material is increasingly versatile and can be folded when scored. It is important however to sand the edges in order to create a clean cut. This material has huge potential because it doesn't split and can take a lot of abuse.

Working on a new project: The Vertical Gardening Hub. There is no real place on the Internet which captures all the relevant information for vertical gardening. Vertical gardening is a bit of a dark art at the moment however the BIV (building integrated vegetation) Market will be a $7.7 Billion Market by 2017.

Chair design and texture experimentation. While doing a simple upholstery on a chair I got sidetracked to developing the design.

My uncle restored a 1964 vesper from an absolute reck early last year, since then the vespa has wone 2 competitions and been featured in a magazine! Its crazy how elegant it is and how new it looks for somthing so old, inspirational clasic design. Love the form.
