Best pit/muscle worship videos barring when both guys are so raunchy that it'd get shared around as a shock video are the ones where the guy getting worshipped is power-tripping but completely turned off by it. Coffee soufflé! Very good. It falls faster than I was expecting (lost about a ¼~½" between stabbing it to test for doneness and taking the picture). The second photo is halfway through baking before I put the sugar on just in case it didn't turn out. I can see why trendy people usually bake them in individual-sized ramekins rather than making a full-size one and then portioning it out. I made two mistakes in that I forgot to coat the mold in sugar and I forgot the pinch of salt when whipping the eggs. I did add in the latter after the fact just in case it would affect things. I've gotten it down to five minutes whipping them by hand (I saw a video where the lady whips them in the same amount of time with just a fork, but I'm not that good yet).
