Introductions
Okay. Here is an attempt at an introduction post. Many of us are some form of queer. Mischa, the host, is ADHD and autistic; we think that those things impact us each differently, but aren't completely certain. We are planning to try and mention who is posting on things we reply to. Things we reblog because we like them but don't add to will probably be untagged and unmarked (because for those things we tend to use the "fast reblog" feature). Don't trust us to be consistent with actual tagging of things.
While I am (so far) always at the front, things will be marked by who's words they are. So if Haedyn is cofronting and types things, their name will be at the end of a post. If we are unsure whose words are being typed we will try to either mark it with multiple names or as "group". Sometimes I can tell someone is near the surface but not who, and there is difficulty being able to communicate amongst ourselves.
Mischa: Hi. Iâm the host (really want to find a better term because that doesnât quite feel right for our situation). My pronouns are they/them and I am genderqueer. I am the one that wrote the above information; and I will probably be the one to close this post off. I have no idea on how people began sharing space in my head with me. I am hoping to learn better ways to communicate with them and help meet their needs. Iâm not particularly concerned on how they came to join me. What matters is that we currently share headspace. My spouse is the host of the system at https://tricksters-enclave.tumblr.com/
Amaya: Hello. Iâm Amaya. My pronouns are she/her. I wasnât originally planning on saying anything, and will probably only rarely post in the future. But I am the one that joked about Mischa being dense. I think I came into existence around 2010 (Moon potentially came into existence sooner, but I tried showing I was real first). My brother exists somewhere as part of Tricksterâs Enclave, and every now and then he would, through Parker, ask how I was doing. I would reply every time. Mischa was aware that they werenât just making things up, but didnât consider until 2017 (I think) that me existing in their headspace was how they knew without making things up. I may have jokingly called Mischa dense when they finally realized that. Really, though, communication with Mischa is a challenge because there is a barrier that separates communication from our headspace from the front. There are also barriers in here that somewhat separate us from each other, though not as thoroughly.
Moonbeam or Moon: Hi. I go by many names. My pronouns fluctuate (this edit is occurring at 1:17am on 27 Sept 2022, and currently I am unsure of all of the pronoun sets that at times apply to me). I tend to go with variations on Moonbeam because that is what my brother-by-choice (also part of Tricksterâs Enclave) tends to default to calling me when I havenât provided whatever pseudonym I want to use at that moment. Iâm getting to play a small role in helping with writing novels, which is fun. I donât know if I came into being through Dungeons and Dragons, or if that was how I first chose to show Mischa I exist. Itâs complicated. I definitely have a complete past from before that point. Oh, I am an elf, if that is of interest to anyone.Â
Haedyn: Hi. Iâm Haedyn. My pronouns are they/them. Iâm a child of Loki (who I call my Crow and who also happens be part of Tricksterâs Enclave; Iâm pretty sure all of us are connected to at least one member of that system). Aside from Mischa, I am likely to be one of the main ones actually posting things. Pretty sure Amaya fronted just because of wanting to explain things (and be a bit snarky, which isnât a judgement at all). I front more often than most in our system. I am, I guess technically a fictive, though I tend to prefer fictive-adjacent. I am from a planet in outerspace. I donât want to name it right now, but I might mention âhomeâ in posts that are just my own. I donât exactly have many positive memories from there. But I might have public conversations with my siblings that involve mentioning home (siblings are also in Tricksterâs Enclave; we really donât understand how that happened, but it gets lonely being in a separate body from them because they can all snuggle and such and that is harder for them to try including me in). I am genderfluid and, in headspace, have the ability to shapeshift as needed to fight dysphoria. Obviously canât do that when fronting, so sometimes I just deal. My pronouns are always they/them though. And it occurs to me that when we sign off on posts, it would probably be polite to remind of our pronouns when we add our names. That might make it easier for people to gender us properly.
Taliya: Hi. Iâm Taliya, though my family and friends in Tricksterâs Enclave have other names that they are allowed to call me. I am very tenatively exploring my gender, and so mostly still use she/her pronouns; but am experimenting a little with they/them. If I become comfortable with those being used for me here I will sign off saying she/they. Until then, please mostly use she/her for me. I am also a child of Loki (the same one as Haedyn, despite us originating in different realities before sharing this body and headspace). I am currently unsure how often I will post unless it is to reply to any family of mine that make posts on that other blog. I am not comfortable discussing my past so publicly. Maybe that will change with time.
Crystal: Um, hi. Iâm Crystal. My pronouns are she/her. I am not very comfortable talking to people often. If people I know post from Tricksterâs Enclave, I might reply. Otherwise you probably wonât see me very often.
Panther M: Hello. My name is Panthisia, initial for my family name is M. I tend to prefer being called Panther. I donât particularly want to discuss my family more in-depth right now. I provided my last initial because Panthisia, shortened to Panther, is a semi-common name in here but we all have different family names. I am fictive adjacent from a world that the source material is problematic in many ways. I have only recently began fronting again. Iâm also not sure how often I will post. Maybe at some point I will be willing to provide my family name. I do also have family members in Tricksterâs Enclave that you might see me interact with.
Mark: Hi. I guess I need to get around to introducing myself. I'm Mark. My pronouns are he/him. I hope I'm doing that right. I'm technically from the musical RENT. I don't actually know what to put here, but I've been around since late February of 2023. Sometime around my friend Lyssa (from Trickster's Enclave) deciding to make a sim family that included me. I might have provided some suggestions for the appearance of the sim.
So, that is everyone that is currently willing to introduce themselves, though there are more in here. I donât plan to try and pressure anyone to front or post. If others decide they want to be added to the list, we will do so and update this (which might just be them saying name and pronouns, again, I donât plan to pressure anyone in here to talk about themselves more than they are willing to).
Haedyn makes a good point about us signing off with pronouns when we do add to something or make our own posts. Which means they get the fun of going through and editing their posts to include that as well.
Editing to add in: Now that it is possible to stop things from being reblogged, people might post personal things more often. Leaving comments on those posts is fine. We're okay with chatting with people. We just don't want some things to spread far on this hellsite.
That should be everything of importance now.
