I need to calm the heck down. I have this dude on Reddit I sometimes talk to, but should I really reach out this late at night to try and distract myself? Probably not, even though he’s in a very different time zone. Plus, he starts vacation tomorrow. I don’t want to bother him, I’m just so lonely and scared and I hate it.

I need to be with a psychiatrist again and soon, but the wait is 6-8 months according to my doctor. This is gonna be rough.

So here’s a reminder, especially in this holiday season: gifts don’t have to be expensive. This gift probably didn’t cost much at all (except the paints perhaps), but it is among the most prized possessions I own. I would try to save it from a fire because of what it represents to me. I love some people so much it hurts.
