Seeing people I know and like using AI is making me understand the protagonists of those old time sci fi dystopia's.

You lived on this planet for decades, you know what you like, there are hundreds of websites where you can type into any search engine " things to do in [area]" and have at least a hundred different options.
"Oh I only use it so I can figure out what to make during the week with what I have"
The most popular website as you type in "recipes" into google have sections where you click dinner- quick and easy and those usually rely on staples + 1 or 2 items. I found 30 recipes on chicken alone.

the only reason i have never been groomed online is because when i was 10 i befriended 17 year olds who taught me how to interact with older people online safely.

honestly one of the best things we can do for ourselves is realize that people of different ages than us can still be the same kind of person as us. it's humbling and it gives everyone involved a sense of continuity, and it busts those stupid generational stereotypes media is so fond of.

So I am still in the process of getting things ready for the two streams I have planned so far (first stream will be Tad biology, and at some point I’d love to do an Umber World timeline breakdown). Thing is after those, I don’t know if gaming streams are my thing but I’d love to try and do more
BUT I did have an idea-
I am still in the process of editing/rewriting the Brink books, even if it’s taken a back seat to other things… would be people be interested if I did like,,, live editing/workshopping of the story on stream? I have a few chapters of Brink left and then most of Edge to edit, + the rest of Border and Precipice to write, so… this would keep me accountable if nothing else lmao-
Idk if that would be too boring or not but like to me it could be fun to have like,,, body doubling/live reading/active workshopping the fics with the community kind of thing? At least one to concept test it could be neat perhaps
