El negro Matapacos (black cop killer)Â was a symbol of fight and hope in the social protests we had last year. He was a stray who marched with the people and defended them from authorities.Â
He is Chileâs most beloved protest dog.
Here are some murals honoring him from different cities across the country
they even made a statue
and the government via the police pigs have tried destroying murals, symbols, even that giant matapacos statue THREE TIMES but his spirit carries on.Â
The top US general repeatedly pushed back on then-President Donald Trump's argument that the military should intervene violently in order to quell the civil unrest that erupted around the country last year. Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley often found he was the lone voice of opposition to those demands during heated Oval Office discussions, according to excerpts of a new book, obtained by CNN, from Wall Street Journal reporter Michael Bender.
Kinda burying the lede with that headline, I would have focused more on this part,
OKAY!
Damn they can't follow basic instructions đ Why are they dancing like this is a Maroon 5 song??
i have been laughing so hard at this. like⌠???? what are they doing????
This was nonsense from start to finish lmskdkdkkgk
So apparently this is very much intentional. Black creators on TikTok have indeed gone on strike. And whether people realize it or not, this is the result.
If your head isn't in the ground, you know that Black creativity is often rebranded with a white face. That Black people tend to come up with the dances to these popular songs. But you wouldn't know that based on who actually gains something from it. Wanting credit, actually getting it? Gets you labeled entitled or mean and is like pulling teeth.
And don't even get me started on the way Black people on TikTok are swept under the rug or how these "not" racist fans get their panties in a bunch when people point out their white faves culpability in the mess.
But anyway, Black TikTok apparently noticed this trend of appropriation and theft and got fed up. So some of them banded together and promised not to create a dance to Thot Shit.
We'll see where this goes but I'm proud that they're standing up for themselves. Enough is enough. Black TikTok creatives are the backbone of that app. Credit and support them.
Please ppl with tik tok add more of theseđđđ i need the laugh

You know how long I've been looking for something like this!?
To any sketch artist out there too.
[Image ID: a black woman wearing a plaid shirt and red bandana around her head. Her braided hair is coming out of the top od her head and falling in front of her. Text says "Did you know there's a black-owned stock photo company nappy.co that provides stereotype-free images of black people" /end]
the other day i was trying to find reference images of black people for art things but all i was finding were black-and-white images of white people! love this!!
Also! They accept submissions. If youâre a photographer and want to contribute, the button is on the bottom left of the webpage.Â
Iâm back, missed me much?
shoutout to peach ice tea
Iâll admit that this one has cemented itself in my psyche

i donât trust male ob/gyn doctors
Excerpt from Eros Modestica, GENTLEMEN DONâT LOOK UP LADIESâ SKIRTS  February 14, 2014 âThe most searing indictment of male gynecology is the book by Dr. John M. Smith entitled Women and Doctors (The Atlantic Monthly Press, 1992). After spending nearly twenty-five years in gynecological training and clinical practice, Dr. Smith paints a dismal picture of the womanâs specialist. âMale gynecologists, like all men, go through the kind of âattitude settingâ that occurs in the proverbial locker rooms while they are growing into manhood.â Dr. Smith, whose practice was in Colorado Springs, says that âIt is common and acceptable among practicing gynecologists to speak about their patients bodies, sexual behavior, or medical problems indiscriminately, in terms that are demeaning and reflect a lack of kindness and respect.â (p. 27) Becoming more explicit, he charges them with eroticizing the medical scene: âIt is a rare male who is able to see women day in and day out, examine their bodies, hear details of their sex lives, and not only never have a lascivious thought or abuse that access but always remain clinicalâŚâ (p.29) He confesses that âI have had a colleague invite me to do an exam on one of his patients under the false guise of a consultation because âshe has a body you wonât believeâ.â âI have seen a physician walk out of an exam room and tell a hallway full of doctors and nurses about the disease his married patient had contracted as a result of an affair. I have seen more than one gynecologist walk into an operating room where another doctorâs patient was already asleep for surgery, lift up the sheet, admire the patientâs breasts, and continue his conversation without pause.â (p.27) Dr. Smith concludes dramatically: After twenty-four years of medical education and clinical gynecological experience, it is my opinion that males should not be gynecologists. The role properly belongs to women.â (p.29)Â
after reading this, Iâm not even sure that men should be doctors at all
have you guys been on nursetok? the way they discuss their patients on a public platform is so violating and disgustingâŚâŚ.. american healthcare needs a severe purge fr
ngl I really hate that y'all spread juneteenth like this.
juneteenth isn't a celebration. its a day of rememberance.
when news of emancipation reached plantations and homesteads in Texas, slaves weren't magically free. they were murdered in massive numbers because slaveholders would rather kill them than lose them. proof of their birth or purchase was burned so it would be difficult to prove they existed.
those that weren't killed were left to either continue working the land they were enslaved on.. or risk seeking safe land to live on with lynch mobs hunting them.
this is why we wear red. to symbolize the bloodshed. black for the ashes. or white for the hope they had for the future.
people have slightly different traditions based on which part of TX their family is from. some include raw sugarcane, pecans, or pears in their food choices representing the crop their families grew. others wear a symbolic garment or visit the grave of their earliest known relative or the site of the first home owned by their family.
we had our traditions. and now they will likely be lost forever and replaced with drunken block parties and meaningless cookouts.

Looking back I shouldâve made better decisions
Stop believing white women when they cry
white women can't be raped or experience mental illness guys so if you see a white woman cry you know she's faking it!
Mentalities like this are incredibly dangerous. Denouncing women off the actions of some random attention seeking people on tik tok. You cannot let the internet warp your perception of victims or other people period. It blows me away how a man telling others to not believe women is somehow, magically, okay.
âŚ..anyway Stop believing white women when they cry. They know what theyâre doing and I really encourage yâall to read some of the great essays shared by people in the notes
White women who get to be thought of as women first and white second. There is literally nothing more dangerous to a person of color than a white woman's tears. Emmett Till's murderer the white woman who lied on him is still alive and walking free after she admitted that she lied to her family and got that boy tortured and lynched. There are about a million and one videos of white women calling the cops on children of color or black men for just minding their business in a public area or even on their own private fucking property.
When we make generalizations about white women and how not to trust them it is for a reason and that reason is our fucking safety. They have a historical track record of getting us murdered for no reason other than that they can. And this trend has showcased this exact bullshit cuz they decided, by themselves, on their own time to record themselves using this manipulation tactic as a flex. And then, fucking surprisingly, when every single black person or a person of color point out that that is how their people get killed and are understandably unnerved by it because that is how so many black boys are killed we are suddenly painted as misogynistic?
Fuck y'all. I'm sick of being gaslighting about racism.
I want to add an addition that The Tusla Masscre of a successful Black Town was because a teen white girl lied and said she was assaulted by another teen black boy.
He got arrested when people from the town went to jail to pay his bail and set him free because there was no evidence that the assault had taken place.
It was then a literal one day later that the white residents surrounding the town all got together and committed mass murder, looting and dropped bombs on the town. Based on the bullshit lie
Hundreds of people died.
I really need white women to do some self reflection because there is a historical precedence of you crying and lying about being assaulted by Black men or abused by Black women and getting them killed at worse.
Or Black women fired from their jobs because you feel "threatened".
I have literally seen this shit happen in real fucking time where I used to work.
