I made this print back in 2012 to honor the Indigenous feminine energy that runs through this continent like a wall of water that carved canyons into the desert. Feminine energy that runs through me and that I was made to feel terrified of as a young Queer boy. This is for the ancestors whose trauma empowers me and whose resilience has nurtured my voice.
