fat women report an above average amount of misogynistic comments and behaviour directed towards them in daily life, and of a higher degree of verbal violence (ie, r*pe threats etc.) compared to women as a broader population, and many report feeling they are treated as "not even human," because of how much society, but also to a fine point, men, treat women's worth as being equal to how "attractive" they are - and view fat women in turn as having "failed" at being women.

if you contribute to the marginalization of fat people, women in particular, by pushing the narrative that demeans them and assumes qualities of laziness, ugliness, poor hygiene, etc., you are contributing to a pillar of patriarchy that equates a woman's value with her (let me be clear: subjective!) attractiveness and encourages her maltreatment accordingly.
