Nightmares, the species of monster living in my fictional world, Theta, come in three different types:

Solid Nightmares are the most common race of Nightmare. They're the lowest class, the physical workers of Theta. The blue shard in the corner is the "egg" they develop from. (Reminder that Nightmares reproduce asexually by using their corruption to develop these inanimate eggs into offspring)

Ethereal Nightmares are the second race of Nightmare. They're the middle class, and fulfill a wide variety of jobs in Thetan society; mainly literary jobs such as librarians and tome-keepers. The fiery orb in the corner is the "egg" they develop from.

Semi-Ethereal Nightmares are the rarest race of Nightmare. They're very high class, treated as royalty, and favoured by the King. The shadowy orb in the corner is the "egg" they develop from.

Two zombie dragon OCs of mine; the first one I designed all the way back in sixth grade, and the other being a design I won in a contest just last year.

Some designs I made for a dragon OC contest on Sketch, using the prompts "dream," "nightmare," and "hypnosis"! They're all tied together somehow, probably. Idk I didn't think about it too much.

Some VERY old art I made of a death metal band made up entirely of monsters, called Finding Redemption. I included some potential designs for extra band members that I made back then as well. Despite how old this stuff is, I still love all of these characters and really want to bring them back.

The newest ref I have of my persona, Volrin, and it's well over a year old. The only real difference is she doesn't have the streaks of hair dye anymore, since my own has long washed out. Oh well.

Some cute pictures I made for Valentine's Day last year, explaining how Thorex and Flitty met each other, fell in love, and found the charms they used to make each other their signature necklaces. Great date plan: save each other from two horrifying, carnivorous monstrosities that only one of you has the proper training to dispatch.

Some of the monster tamers and florists that live in Theta. Believe it or not, their jobs are quite comparable in risk; flowers are very deadly parasites in the Nightmare homeworld, and can only be disposed of by well-trained botanists.

The purple dinosaur-like creature on the bottom is Perish, Thorex's long-time companion. The green one is Gomak, Tymel's childhood pet.

Flitty and Thorex are dating, and they've been going strong for a few years. Gyne and Tymel are on again, off again, though Gyne's bold nature seems to clash with Tymel's shyness just a bit too much.

(Gomak, the little green critter and Tymel's pet, has seen a large design rehaul since this art. He's a lot more bird-like now)

Acacia is a floral serpent, created when an unknowm Nightmare fused some wild flowers with the corruption produced by its body. SkullCat was enamored by the little creature and adopted it, and it soon grew up into the massive creature it is now. Though it's incapable of speech, its relationship with its best friend knows no bounds.

Designs for some vermin king characters and their lesser forms, possibly followers of theirs. Just a dumb idea for a side-plot that I had that never really panned out.

Just a silly beast-mode Phorik design I threw together last year. None of it is actually canon, but it WAS fun to work on.

Some My Style Your Style collabs I made for some kids back on Sony Sketch. The first few I ever did, as a matter of fact! Kinda bittersweet looking back on these, knowing that Sketch ends a week from today...

Couple of plant OCs I've had kicking around for a while! I don't do much with them but I love them all the same.

Leafdog's name is Oakley, yellow flower's name is Buttercup, and magenta flower's name is Amaranth. Butter and Ama both go by they/them, while Oakley prefers she/her.
