Beginning Friday the 11th, RTVS will be holding another 3-day weekend fundraising event for the people of Palestine.

It is a tragedy that Palestine is still enduring the same nightmarish conditions that they were this time last year. There has been little to no improvement in things as Israel continues to break ceasefires and block incoming aid as they try and continue their genocide. We would like to once again rally our community and as many others as we can reach to give what support we are able to to Palestine's people.

Like last year, the event will not be a traditional stream fundraiser, rather than pointing people at one donation point, we will be suggesting a number of different recipients for support. However, this year may be organized slightly differently than the way we did it last time; more information regarding that will be shared in the next few days once we confirm our plan. Overall, it's the same idea: all donations to Palestinians and aid groups will be tallied into our grand total for the event.

The all-day, all-weekend streaming event will once again feature a rotation of hosts from Radio TV Solutions putting on all kinds of events. Themed segments, classic segments, crazy gameshow-type beats, chill segments, gaming w/ Da Whole Crew and MORE await you. The event will be hosted at http://stream.rtvsfundraiser.live/. My husband Rasmi is the director of 3 language and training centers. In this war, our house was completely destroyed and razed to the ground, and my husband’s centers were blown up. He lost his job, and we were completely displaced, and we are now homeless and jobless, My two young daughters constantly suffer from diseases due to malnutrition and water pollution.

Danger and death surround us all day and all night. We have lost everything and depend on donations to survive and, most of all, to have any hope of escaping this genocide and evacuating to safety in Egypt. The cost of daily living continues to rise significantly in Gaza - imagine that we cannot find the type of milk for our daughter because of its high price. There is no kind of detergent and this is the cause of skin diseases for my two little girls. We bought a piece of soap for $30! ، and detergent is 100$"

Rawan Shihada is a renewable energy engineer fundraising to help her family of seven cross the Rafah border and start their future. You can read her 2023 paper on alternative power solutions in the Gaza Strip for free here! She and her family are currently trapped in Zawayda after being displaced six times.

Hazem (@hazem1999 @hazempalestine ) keeps getting shadowbanned and his account @hazem1999sblog has been deleted. This is disgusting behaviour from Tumblr but it's also really concerning as his online presence is vital for his family's survival.

Hazem is fundraising for his family to be able to safely evacuate from the genocide, he has been separated from them for several years. Hazem's parents and four siblings are living in the Jabalia Refugee Camp and desperately need to evacuate.

Hazem's campaign has only raised €1,075/50,000 goal. Raising this money is so important for his family to be able to afford the costs of basic necessities with living through this genocide and also with the evacuation costs.

Hazem's campaign technically hasn't been vetted yet, his accounts being banned doesn't help and means his campaign isn't as visible to the hard-working vetters out there and people in a position to donate. He has been personally vouched for by @bilal-salah0 who has been vetted.

Every donation matters, no matter how small! Hazem is stressed about his studies and his family's survival and wellbeing. He shouldn't be worried about all of this and also about his accounts getting banned and needing to make new ones. Nobody deserves this, Hazem's family deserve more, please help however you can whether it's by donating or sharing and please follow his account and campaign!
