This piece took a lot longer than i expected, but i always underestimate how long a drawing will take especially when they are detailed like this one!

i adore the Ravenloft: The Horrors Within cover, Strahds aura in that is SO GOOD. i wanted to draw a similar artwork but in my own style and with my FemStrahd. In my game im playing FemStrahd as a classical femme fatale who uses her alluring beauty and honeyed words to manipulate.

Ismark is her target instead of Ireena, i've gender bent a lot of characters, her consorts are male except Escher he is now a she, and i've switched Doru and Gertrudas roles.

FemStrahd has seduced and charmed Doru away from the church (which will lead to same result him becoming a vampire spawn, she just wants to toy with her food first.

my husband whose played CoS before and is my player, is really enjoying the changes he says it feels the same but different, the story beats are the same but there's a fun twist to everything so he doesn't know what to expect.

I mainly draw my FemStrahd in a gown but a form fitting mermaid tail skirt wouldn't have worked with this particular pose and since she's a horse girl i don't mind putting her in her leggings and jockey style boots like my Male Strahd. I wanted her to be scary, confident and dominant, but still sexy in her throne.
