F- Face: is their face fallen on one side?

A- Arms: can they raise both their arms up and hold them there?

S- Speech: is their speech slurred? Can they speak a full sentence?

T- Time: if all the signs show a stroke, call 999.

To recognize a heart attack you STOP.

S - shortness of breath, ragged and labored breathing.

T - Tightness of chest. It is described as a very heavy, crushing weight, like an elephant.

O - “other symptoms” You want to look for profuse sweating, cold sweats, dizziness, heart pains and palpitations

P - pain, that will be very sharp surrounding your chest down your arms and back and up the neck to the jaw.
