Hubby actually made these (believe me I've waited 27 years for a meal lol) .... Seasoned portobello mushrooms lightly pan fried in coconut oil with pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, crushed garlic and smoked paprika powder. He then did plantain then filled a Lebanese flat bread wrap with both the above added and sliced avocado too. woooooww delicious! 1 week later and the 🍓 plants are looking beautiful...... Got another 5 to plant (still waiting for them to arrive) which will make 25 strawberry plants of various varieties. I've written a few posts about my battle with #psoriasis there are times when it really flares up. This is when I'm feeling stressed, tired or just before my period. My psoriasis is mainly on my face, left ear and left lower leg. But......I've been keeping it at bay lately. I make a sugar, vitamin c powder, chamomile dried flower and #blackseedoil scrub, which I mix all together in a glass kilner jar. I use my scrub 2 times a week, a few times a week I also use Jamaica Black Castor oil dripped onto a very hot flannel which I then use to wipe my face with. Everyday, twice a day (or more if I'm home) I use ACV (apple cider vinegar) which I put in a glass spray bottle and spray into my affected areas or wipe with a cotton pad. Once dried I then add fresh #aloevera gel from my plant leaf. In addition I add 2 teaspoons into a large glass of water mix well and drink before bed. This routine I've tried for a week now and seems to work wonders for me, my fave is almost clear now, I have a slight dry stubborn patch on my left cheek which is slowly fading.
