Before going out before, okay so last night was horrendous! Worst abdo pains ever and uncontrollable shakes. I tried to sleep but stinson kept leaking and by the time I woke up with the third leak around 6 I almost passed out. My heart has been constantly racing and I'm really warm but cold hands and feet. Almost passed out a second time around 8 when I went the toilet, I became so clammy and cold and I couldn't talk. Okay so I very rarely use my tumblr which is a shame but I’m just no good with this whole blogging marlarky and I feel like I do a better job of this from my instagram account. I’ve recently been diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety and psychosis and another phone assessment the other day also suggested mild bipolar. I genuinely have no idea what else to say apart from I might not post from my instagram account any time soon as my phone is broken.
