Had my first run in over 2 weeks last night. Probably the longest I've not run since 2013. Took it really easy. No pain but very tight. Also my first run in my new pair of Vibram Five Finger V-Runs. My first 1500+ miles of running were done in VFFs and my marathon, 5k, and 10k PRs are still in them. My Bikilas were retired after 1300 miles and I've been running in some forms of minimalist shoe since then. This was me a week and a half ago in between my #disney2lv races. I haven't run since that weekend as I've been taking some time off to rest my knee/leg. It's tough not running but this is some much needed downtime. I've been doing some aggressive rehab and recovery techniques as well as getting back on track with what has likely caused the issue, my nutrition.
