石神井ロゲイングに参加して来ました。当初雨予報だったのが土曜日に変わり当日晴天😂晴れボーイの威力発揮🤣ちょい暑過ぎですね😅ランニングクラブのメンバーでグループ作り、無理に走らず、電車も使い、制限時間も余らせて、終了後のご褒美の為に頑張りました🏃‍♂️4時間長いと思ったが探してると段々時間無くなって行きますね。近場のロゲあったらまた参加したいものです。会場迄ののんびりランとロゲの活動時間（電車の中も時計動かしてたので実際に走った距離とは異なりますが🤣）良く動きました。昨日のシューズは天気良かったので　#vibramfivefingers 使用。たまに履くと良いですね！ #ランニング #ジョギング #マラソン 練習 #石神井ロゲインマルシェ #suunto #suunto9peak https://www.instagram.com/p/CfA5YqqLQ6P/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
