The reason I keep bringing up central bank digital currencies even though they still seem insignificant right now is because they will be the cornerstone of our tech-driven, digital enslavement. You will not be able to hold liquid wealth outside of the system. You will not be able to spend it in unapproved ways. You will not be able to save if the central bank decides that saving would hurt the economy. Every purchase will be monitored and fully transparent.

If he gets a fair trial with a truly impartial jury he’ll definitely walk. And it sounds like he has a good judge so I think the odds are in his favor here.

It’s a cut and dry case of self defense and there is video footage of the entire confrontation which I think is going to be very hard for a prosecutor to make a case against.

Should they attempt to bring up the “crossing state lines” argument that will be super easy for his defense team to knock down since it’s completely irrelevant.

Your knowledge of this case is literally non-existent if you think it’s equatable to someone throwing an empty plastic bag at a person. The footage clearly shows Kyle being chased, beaten and threatened by the people he shot and one of them was even pulling a gun on him while he was on the ground.

There was a shooting after a throwing of a plastic bag but what you’re ignorant about is what happened between the throwing of the plastic bag and the shooting, which is the important part. Your dishonest representation of what happened makes it sound like Rosenbaum was shot because he threw a plastic bag but anyone who knows anything about the case would know that’s bullshit. Rosenbaum cornered Kyle and was only shot after the second time he attempted to take Rittenhouse’s gun. Shooting was not the first thing Kyle tried. He tried to flee the scene and get away from Rosenbaum, he let him know he wasn’t a threat by shouting “Friendly” three times while he was being chased down. Shooting was the last thing he did and he did it after he was assaulted and cornered. And this is all on camera so to find out you’re wrong about everything all anyone would have to do is watch it.

Here, I’ll even post the videos here that show him getting close to Rittenhouse. It’s right before the gun goes off and it’s hard to catch but if you follow it closely you can actually see them in very close range. There’s actually a scuffle going on between them on the ground right before the shots go off. It’s there on camera, you just missed it.

It is in the video and just because you don’t notice it doesn’t mean it’s not there. It means you missed it. I’m not lying because part of the video slipped past you. The FBI drone video played in the trial shows the same thing. So you saying it’s not there is laughable and just sounds like you watched a video but had no idea what was going on.

But you know how else we know you’re wrong? Eyewitness testimony. People saw Rosenbaum trying to take Kyle’s gun. There is testimony from Richard McGinnis to that effect.

For example, let’s exhamine the events at Kenosha from the cops’ point of view (which means only considering the information that they knew at the time of the shooting, not information that came up in the days afterwards): shots have been fired, a Hispanic man is approaching the police despite orders to stop, he’s carrying an AR-15 but has his hands up, agitated bystanders are claiming that the guy shot someone.

Looking at similar precedent cases involving darker-skinned suspects, the MINIMUM response from the police was to stop the guy; while “opening fire” was a very, VERY likely option. “Let the guy pass” is NOT in the list of precedent cases.

Instead, the cops just let Rittenhouse pass through without even attempting to stop or question him. Coincidentially, Rittenhouse is pretty light-skinned. Looking at precedents, when white (or white-looking) suspects are in this kind of scenario, “let them go without even just a slap on the wrist” is a likely possibility - and that’s precisely what happened in Kenosha.

So, yes, it’s about race. The cops made it about race. As usual.

Nope. The first man just had a gun, without aiming it at Rittenhouse; he thought it was a threat, so he dropped his fire extinguisher and raised his rifle. THEN, Rosenbaum - who was behind Rittenhouse, spoke up. That’s when Rittenhouse noticed him.

This is according to Rittenhouse’s own testimony. You literally dismiss your beloved’s testimony just because it gets in the way of your narrative.
