anyway, here's how the crossover would work-

Mike and the bots go temporarily AWOL so Pearl gets Brain Guy to acquire a new test subject and he teleports Grace and Rocky from their dimension

then grace rocky watch movie! movie bad bad bad.

Grace's riffs are usually referential to pop culture, Rocky gets to make absurd commentary and at one point turns around in his seat and starts hitting his carapace against a wall.

Grace is fascinated AND furious about Bobo's entire existence.

Grace is like Rocky this educational short film is not just outdated it's really not something you should be learning from. Rocky is confused but enjoys learning about Earth Culture™️

Grace is enjoying the non-world ending stakes of things after a while and has fun making little hats and accessories for Rocky to wear during the skits, even Armando gets to join in on those

when Mike and the bots return I think GPC would either try to flirt with Armando or get extremely offended she's being replaced and try to fight it (Armando does not understand what is happening)

Grace is so rusty on talking to other humans that after they get teleported back home Mike is like

and when it cuts back to pearl she catches brain guy on the phone ordering a range of xenonite products infomercial style and bobo keeps chiming in telling him to ask for the matching cutlery set and right as the eridian on the phone starts to yell at them in screeching chimes that translate to how disgust disgust disgust they are pearl is like DO YOU KNOW THE PHONE BILL I AM GOING TO GET FOR A DIRECT CALL TO ERID? order the massage chair THEN HANG UP!

It was an absolute banger!

I loved all the weird characters. I loved the places, the ships, the romances, the bromances and just everything.

It's been ages since I had to laugh my ass off and being scared for every character at the same time. I had the time of my live!

And this show did something I can't praise enough:

They made everyone human. Being queer, straight, male, female, non-binary doesn't matter. Those are NO character traits and this show understood that. They were all terrible humans, totally fucked up and absolutely loveable. Each and everyone with an unique character and an complexity thats so rare on screen.

And I'm not even mad that we didn't got to see season 3 (don't get me wrong i would love to see it). But the ending of season 2 felt good, not too rushed, not too open. I really enjoyed every episode.
