Ingredients: 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture, and mix again. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Use a fork to gently flatten each cookie and create a crisscross pattern. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy these delicious chocolate chip peanut butter cookies!
