Ingredients: 8 oz. spaghetti noodles. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chopped kale. 1 cup pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional: red pepper flakes, for garnish.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
