Finished a sketch time-skip comic for Toshinori’s birthday!

I took the cargo ops class at school but my teacher explained that it doesn't give a certification and I'd only be okay for ship's crane and the school forklifts. she said I could take an online exam and get my cert. I paid 60 bucks.

I'm googling and I'm seeing a lot of resources saying that the online programs cover the classroom part of the exam but not the in person practical aspect.

This also happened with my refs during prep and I had to re-submit those images several times to get it to show the proper colors.

If this is a known issue, are there ways to prevent it from happening?

[Hellflame AU] Nomu Rei vs Hellflame I really liked this scene in chapter 23 so I wanted to draw it

(The colors are exaggerated to show the contrast as well.)

Written text says: (Left) "yay! This character is alive!" (Right) "This one is not"

Instead of the usual warm tone brown skin has, to make it seem dead I opt for a greyish-blue. Take the color you'd use for when they're alive, add a grey/blue toned overlay, and voila!! The result should still be brown, just duller.

To make an overlay, select the color of the skin and then add a new layer. On that layer, color over the selected area with the cool tone. Lower the opacity until it looks how you like. This might differ depending on the software you use, but I use Ibis Paint x.
