Shout out to the Median Systems who struggle to distinguish between their different alters / headmates 

Shout out to the systems who were diagnosed with DDNOS and feel like they don’t have a straight answer about their disordered experience

Shout out the systems who fit some but not all diagnostic criteria of DID / OSDD / DDNOS

Shout out to mixed origin systems or systems whose origins are unclear

Shout out to systems who think they might be traumagenic but cannot remember their trauma, or who don’t know if their trauma was their origin

Shout out to systems whose alters / headmates share similar traits and identities 

Shout out to systems who don’t have a host

Shout out to systems whose alters don’t necessarily fit any of the typical roles 

Shout out to systems who go back and forth between experiencing certain symptoms (i.e. having amnesia / memory loss sometimes but not other times) 

Shout out to systems diagnosed with DID / OSDD / DDNOS who don’t feel like their experience is disordered 

Shout out to systems who don’t relate to common system experiences 

endogenic does not mean "a system without trauma" only a system that formed from other means Than trauma!!

psychotic systems who doubt their plurality because of their psychosis. 

psychosis systems who are fakeclaimed by others or doubted by proffesionals because of their psychotic symptoms. 

psychotic systems where all alters hallucinate, or have delusions.

 psychotic systems where one alter takes the brunt, or even all of the symptoms, or only a handful hallucinate or have delusions.  

we noticed the online communities are predominantly white… we felt out of place as a system of colour, especially with recent discussions of cultural appropriation in system spaces being brought up…

here’s a pride flag for all systems of colour!
