every time you hear someone talking about “fiction is/isn’t just fiction” your immediate first question should be “are we thinking about the same kinds of ficton here” because there’s an abyssal difference between the influence of a teenage girl writing porn on her 17-follower ao3 account and the influence of multimillion dollar films, TV shows, games, or published novels that are marketed to and will be seen by literally billions of people.

Absolutely love how Will's character arc is like "break more rules" and Elizabeth's character arc is like "there are no rules if you're fun and sexy x" good for them

Also love that Jack's character arc is "it's good to love your friends actually you idiot"
