Pierre is a charismatic, cunning, manipulative tyrant, capable of being both utterly charming and benevolent, as well as capricious, petty, cruel, and vindictive. He is narcissistic, hungry for power and attention, deeply intolerant of rejection, and cannot stand being contradicted by his servants.
Brief Biography:
Pierre Guillaume Durand was once a mortal surgeon — a young and ambitious doctor deeply devoted to his work and sincerely committed to helping people.
When his future Sire turned his attention toward him, Pierre’s life slowly began to turn into a nightmare: his scientific papers stopped being published, he became an outcast within the medical community, friends and colleagues gradually abandoned him, he lost his job, and the final blow came with the death of his father — the old man was robbed and brutally murdered somewhere in an alleyway.
Pierre was desperate. That was when the “demon” appeared before him, introducing himself as Philippe de Fer, and offered him “salvation.”
Pierre was Embraced by a Cainite upon the Path of Night. The following fifteen years were spent dissolving into one another through emotional abuse, obsession, and a vicious cycle of love and hatred. Philippe increasingly drove Pierre into frenzy, seeking to guide his beloved Сhilde onto the Path of Night. Yet the philosophy disgusted Pierre, and eventually he fled across the ocean to the New World.
New Orleans welcomed him far more warmly than he could have hoped. Pierre claimed Charity Hospital as his domain, gathered a number of ghouls around himself, and quickly integrated into the Camarilla’s vampire society.
For more than fifteen years he has lived in New Orleans. He has an impeccable reputation, devoted ghouls, and what could almost be called a happy life. Or at least, that was true until recently, when political, social, and emotional turmoil began to overwhelm him.
The final straw came with the return of his Sire, who brutally murdered Pierre’s favorite ghoul — a young doctor named Benjamin.
Pierre received permission from the Prince to call a Blood Hunt. The Сoterie defeated the Sabbat members Philippe had brought with him, and Pierre diablerized Philippe himself.
