Designed a new character for another L5R oneshot. I realized I hadn't played an elderly character yet. Especially proud of her Mon design.
Artfight is done for the year!
But I wanted to share the piece I'm most proud of this year. After my friend suggested some group isometric art, I wanted to do the same, and combined all the Legend of the 5 rings characters listed together - inviting them over to my Scorpion's home base on Teardrop Island.
I did this really early on, and I'm super happy with how many new friends I've made over there! Thank you all for your kind words and revenge portraits of my character Reiji.
This was my first time drawing people in an isometric piece, and I'm super happy with how it turned out!

Everytime I play a ttrpg my dopamine levels go through the roof. I've had 3 sessions for 3 different systems in 36 hours so I'm riding a hella good high right now.

If you can notice the Daidoji mon on his spear, you may see that its a bit different from the known mon, as i took my reference from the redesigns made by cami843 on ko-fi!
