Three Sisters (agriculture) - Wikipedia
i have a suggestion
There has been a growing trend in permaculture called "food forests," where you plant a bunch of native edible plants (and plants that shelter essential wildlife to keep the edible plants healthy) in layered ways that increase productivity and protect each other from extremes in weather as climate change ramps up. There was a study in Japan that produced the Miyazaki Method for planning a food forest. It seems now that, while this is extremely effective in the temperate parts of Japan and ecosystems similar to the one the test was done in, this may not be universally true, especially in places that don't naturally sustain forests.
Still, I think the concept can be expanded to produce things like "food scrublands," "food prairies," "food marshes," etc. The biggest hurdle in my opinion is that many colonial settlers are unfamiliar with the native food that grows or once grew in their area, making the idea of a native food ecosystem daunting to those who hold the power to actually implement these ideas.
So, learn your native flora. Learn what edible plants are/were in your area and try to bring them back. Look up recipes that involve them. I promise you there is a native blogger who is happily sharing their family recipes. Give them some support while you're there. Maybe some day in the future we'll go to the local food forest to harvest produce instead of the grocery store to buy it.

Often the local displaced indigenous people in your area have resources about native plants and how to efficiently grow them.
My garden got started because I went on to the website for the cultural center for the Lenape people, and they had a bunch of books put together on local flora and fauna, what's edible, and how to grow that stuff in efficient ways on small amounts of land

One of the core things capitalism is interested in is making any labor performed invisible.
Capitalism does not want you to think about the people who designed your furniture. It does not want you to think about the people who sewed your clothes. It does not want you to think about the people who plant and harvest the food you are eating, or the people who work to keep your infrastructure running. Capitalism has a vested interest in you never thinking about the people taking away your trash, or the people who work in the warehouses from where you order. It has a vested interest even in you ignoring the work of the many invisible hands who might work on your entertainment - the caterers, set builders, gaffers, and so on.
Because as long as you are ignorant of the labor put into the things you consume, you will be fine with those laborers being treated like shit.
That is why you need to keep thinking of that labor. Look at the things in your room and keep the people who worked for it in mind. Look at your clothes, your furniture, your gadgets. Think of the sewers, the warehouse workers, the miners, the technicians. Think of the people capitalism wants you to forget.

Underappreciated thing we learned about Ralsei this chapter; little guy's apparently got that uncanny valley look to him in-universe.
Even Asgore, at first, seemed to think he looked like Asriel; but on closer inspection, he thinks our toothpaste boy doesn't even really look like a monster.
Which is wild considering how varied "monsters" can look. How off-model does Ralsei look beneath the pixel art-style?
Actually: You wanna know what that reminds me of?
Flowery:
I think Ralsei is to goat monsters what Flowery is to humans. He looks close to right at first; but then you think things like "why does he have Simpsons skin?" Also he's too anime, which can also apply to Ralsei.

If I may submit:
Turns out the horsemen of the Apocalypse now prefer to go by Shareholder Profit, Private Equity, Corporate Personhood, and Workforce Optimization.
Shareholder Profit: War (the casus belli for attacks on workers' rights)
Private Equity: Pestilence (they are parasites that voraciously strip the value out of a healthy business until it withers and dies)
Workforce Optimization: Famine (cutting hours and employees until the business is starved of staff, barely functioning)
Corporate Personhood: Death (a hollow, shambling mockery of a human with rights and needs)
Yeah I can work with that.
@isuggestrevolution never interacted with you personally before and idk if youve already been tagged in this but this seems right up your street methinks <3
i suggest recognizing the four horsemen
