Like at first it starts of as the introverted Gryffindor bumps into the extroverted slytherin and she just spouts it out. “Stupid person say what?” And the gryffindor says “what?” Genuinely confused. And then he laughs. Another scenario happens in class. He raised his hand to answer a question and she whispers “Stupid person say what?” But then Hagrid says “what?” And the two start laughing uncontrollably.

It becomes a greeting between the two of them. Something they always say. The two become best friends.

his hot new roommate dr. john watson is a super-liberal gulf war vet and aspiring novelist who works at the local planned parenthood in a strip mall

holmes has an aquamarine house phone that he answers case calls on with a 20ft cord (perfect for pacing as he talks to all-around skeptical woman and local chief of police Lestrade)

sometimes they take a cab to NYC for the Big Cases

and eat lots of shitty food

holmes plays violin…and drums…and bass…and the theramin…and sometimes the kazoo when he wants to annoy watson

Mycroft is a wall street trader who made it Gordon-Gecko big in the eighties

together holmes and watson solve crimes and fall in love
