Ballpoint + iOS Sketchbook
They got me Turloughing Again so here's a very old screenshot paintover that I just touched up for Me & The Fans. I still didn't quite Commit to his Eyebrows so there may be another draft of this eventually.
They gave us surprise Turlough in a surprise minisode promoting the Season 21 Blu-ray box set. So of course I had to do a paintover.
Two of Turlough’s strongest character beats being ‘hoping everyone will stop participating in the story and go home’ and ‘hoping somebody will come to the rescue,’ McTighe has opted to showcase the latter. So this is from the ‘Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you’re my only hope’ message that Turlough has sent to the Doctor.
Everyone desiring home, family, and to be loved once looking at that star makes me SICK especially when it comes to turlough…anyways i really like him

Not really my best work but we gotta stay on top of it, especially if I wanna make what I have planned for day 3 Fiveturlough day 2! The prompt I chose is 'I promised you something interesting to paint' I love the idea that the Doctor is so busy yapping about the history of wherever tf they are, that he doesn't even realize Turlough was 1) Not painting the landscape like he expected. 2) Not at all paying attention to what he was saying. 3) Having his focus on something else entirely (which was him)
Happy Fivelough week guys! I meant for day 1 to be like- a low quality sketch comic and that uh- didn't turn out. I really don't want to burn out by Day 2 guys I really don't want that to happen. Uhhhh Anyways, the them. The day 1 prompt I chose was forgiveness!

Uhm.. Something seems to be wrong with the Doctor.....
So uhhhhhhhh Cradle of the Snake was my first buy from Big Finish. I loved it. I love it when my favorite guys get possessed it's so fun, and Mara Five was a treat. It's so fun to hear Peter Davison flex his acting. I love that guy, he's just so.... Man I don't even have the words. The Mara fucking with Turlough in that one section hehehehehe.
These were originally just one low effort redraw of a sketchbook doodle and then I impulse bought Cradle, blacked out, and was met with these. I don't know man. Good news is after listening to this, I have even more Fifth Doctor fuel if I take another part in a multianimator project hehehehehehe
Anyways I'm going to go and listen to Cradle of the Snake about 20 times between now and June.
