Barely important in the show. he's just a less insane Master. some Saturday morning cartoon bullshit. No tragic backstory. No greater goal other than he thinks fucking around is funny. He's a mild inconvenience. Just sort of a dick. unlike the Master, he doesn't really hate or love the Doctor either way, and vice versa. (At least not as important to the Doctor as Rani or Koschei. Fuck, probably even Drax) keeps getting abandoned and stranded places. he's just fucking THERE. every few centuries the other renegades probably run into him while committing their genocides like "SHIIIT not this guy again"
