I find it hilarious anytime the Master/Missy pretends not to know how something on earth works, or history and culture. Like, they know everything perfectly and pretend not just for shits n gigs.

Jo Grant entering the Doctor's laboratory, immediately destroying one of his science projects, announcing with a huge smile that she's his new assistant as though he hasn't just called her useless six different ways, being met with 'oh no' and then giving the Doctor puppy-dog eyes so he can't stand to fire her. And THEN running off to spy on the Master, getting kidnapped, hypnotised, trying to blow everyone up, and THEN running off AGAIN and saving the Doctor from a circus is honestly the most iconic companion entrance ever.
