an important skill to cultivate in fandom (and in life) is the ability to tell the difference between somebody who is engaging in thoughtful criticism and somebody who wants to make themselves feel important by making you feel bad

I feel like a lot of you would be much happier if you just lived authentically and stopped judging everything for everyone you deem cringe or childish or just not to your taste
