ok watched the episode and i'm so mad under any other circumstances i would be thrilled to watch armand get up to some horrible mad scientist shenanigans 😞 i care about armand so much i love him and love seeing him and there were a few moments that were so good divorced from the context of everything else it's just. lestat should've at least been there getting tortured too and he should've been the one getting the brunt of it. the "it was armand all along" shit with regina and the steins was completely unnecessary and armand's final moment of understanding coming from louis would have been amazing if it hadn't come after . all that and with an added helping of louis apologising for being frigid and "driving armand to this"
