why is this random horror movie i put on set in a small town i recently lived near and why isnt this the first time this random north carolina mountain town has come up in a piece of horror media.

speaking of Smallville the primary colors are crazy why are they so vibrant

my sister roped me into finally watching episode four of Smallville and everything about Lex is so funny to me

tbh I'm generally pro adaptations being wildly different from the source material as long as it's good, I think it's pretty interesting to see how different people take the same basic idea or characters and run with it (although perhaps the looser adaptations should be called like. reimaginings or something since adaptation does kind of imply it's the same story with some changes made to account for differences between mediums) but well as I said it has to to be good and I suppose it's theoretically possible to pull this off but Mike Flanagan's idea to give Carrie a support group of other superpowered girls is bad and he should do something else
