Really proud of Cleo for how far she's come in terms of her confidence in herself and sense of her own worth. Because if the Cleophee of season 1, if she had heard her family needed her because everything was falling apart without her, and that information had been conveyed by her family berating her, thusly triggering her sense that she needs to fix it all immediately? She not only would have listened and gone back she might have been elated that her family finally sees her as having value to them; finally sees all the work she puts in for all of their sakes. But Cleo's come far enough that she's realized, as she says here, that keeping everyone happy and placated and cooperating is not her job, especially when it comes at the cost of her own well-being. She's realized she deserves people who care for and value her as a person and not just for what she can do for them, and in the Crew she's found that. And in that she found the strength to tell her family no.
