Panic Room by envysparkler (damian decides to lock pit-mad jason in a cell with drake 'for training' and tim has to survive while jason has a very angry panic attack. lots of tim-jason bonding and a VERY good sequel chapter where jason, tim, and damian get locked in the same room again together this time by ACCIDENT. all round very good vibes if you dont mind a bit of bad-sibling-damian AT FIRST.)
of crime lords and literature by adelfie (a classic i feel, a lot of people recognise it, but it is with good reason VERY good funny dialogue with jason-tim bonding all round love the fic 10/10.)
Coffee At Midnight by Chara_Jame (one of my favourite oneshots. again, very tim and jason bonding centric, but its both action-angsty AND comedic and i love when people use the whole titans tower fight as a less serious brother-battle rather than a whole ass trauma event.)
door, opening by cowboysorceror (a long fic, more jason and dick centric, but oh my god it is BEAUTIFUL. the fucking conversations that dick and jason have in this, the arguments, the character studies and relationship studies, MWAH i will forever love this fic. also the author is a fucking phenomenal artist that has posted art for this fic on their tumblr and it is SO. GODDAMN. GOOD. literally i use some of their art as my whatsapp chat background i love it so much.)
Red Raven by PlotlessWanderer (nother long fic, unfinished, this time tim centric, but BY GOD this fic had me obsessed when i first read it i remember specifically blowing off my one day free for writing so i could sit still for 10 hours and read like half of it in one day it is SO captivating. the world building, the depth it goes into for tim's life and how awesome this author writes him? CHEFS. FUCKING. KISS.)
Hood's Merry Men by Lulu_Rhythm (a series, not a fic, but oh my GOD jason's relationships with both the other bats and his goons in this is amazing. i love it. lulu_rhythm will always be a jason todd fic connoisseur to me, i will always look up to them. very very funny and very very sweet.)
Bet on it by Lysical (lil oneshot but by GOD its fucking funny i have read it about 20 times and still cant get through a re-read while keeping a straight face. jason-damian siblinghood my fucking beloved.)
the way out is through by Nokomis (sadly, a oneshot, though i wish it wasnt. i adore psychological horror and there is a severe lack within the the batkid tag world, but this one is really well written!! creepy, slightly confusing, and fucking funny dialogue between tim and jason. 10/10 will probably read again.)

Absolutely sweet family fluff with many cuddles and a tired Batdad, who would give his kids everything, but do they really have to steal his bed every night? (Also, envysparkler writes so much amazing Batfam, I canât put all their stories in this list, but check them out if you havenât yet. It will be absolutely worth it.)
Is This Real Life? by shanahane (M/M, 6.3K, Rated Gen): At some point or another, all of Bruceâs four sons have their wisdom teeth removed. Itâs a different experience for all of them. Really nice no capes AU in a series where Bruce went to therapy instead of becoming Batman. The M/M is due to some background Birdflash, but the focus is on the Batfam.
New year bets by Fleur_de_Violette (Gen, 9.3K, Rated Teen): Dick overworking himself because he is a good person, Jason worrying about him without admitting to being worried, and bets on peopleâs health. Just a very nice Batfam story that puts Dick forgetting about his own health and his family looking after him in the focus.
Of Flags and Forts by DawnsEternalLight (Gen, 2.7K, Rated Gen): Every year the Batfam has a game of capture the flag fused with a snowball fight, and this time Damian gets to join the fun.

Who I am. Who Iâll Never Be. by Zootopon - Jason is blamed for the crime he didnât commit. Bat family beats him and locks away Artemis and Bizzaro. Jason on the run from Justice League and trains for 2 years and prepares to wage a war. A lot of badass moments. Some All-Caste stuff. Upgraded Jason, realizing the potential we all know he has and totally destroys Bat Fam in a car chase across Gothan and stomps Justice League and itâs amazing. âJason is no longer a boy that has died and come back angry. He is a man. A man with purpose, drive, conviction.â
Jason Toddâs Gap Year by SnufflesThePig - Jason takes a gap year. Contacts Clark and ges a job as journalist in Daily Planet. Funny and cool interactions with Clark and Lois and Jimmy and even Cat Grant. Human disaster!Clark. Includes a bits of interesting hcs about Jays biology (like him not needing to sleep as much as regular humans) though itâs not main focus. His connections to ordinary Crime Alley people shown.  Showcase some of his bat-competency without being the designated short-fuse brute with little to show in the smarts department.
Of Red Hoods and Little Robins by Acxa_Kogane - Comics!Jason in s1 (or around it) YJ universe. Him being a top tier. Jason who while competent isnât above using opportunity to antogonize Bruce who isât prepared for what Jay is. Poor innocent soul Bruce who believes he isnât gonna adopt more children. Jasonâs two missions in life being to piss off Joker by doing good things and Batman by doing bad things. Hilarious Wallyâs thoughts which are golden.
 Prescience by Wisetypewriter - Has and explores interesting All-Caste concepts. Like Jason seeing time from three perspective simultaneously (which is briefly mentioned and never used again in comics). ââŚJason was a lot of things. Strong. Brash. Empathetic. Close-off. Aloof. Jason definetely can still villain-strut while carrying Robin like a backpack, robin just snuggling into him and it doesnt take away from how dangerous he is  Traci thinking of Jason as a predator and knowing he would wipe thw floor with her if they were fighting even without knowing much about him.Â
Ash and Explosions by raindropfeathers - Dark and kinda grazy!Jason. Him being powerful and extremely dangerous.
figure it out by FuhkinIero - Marvel crossover. Jason meets Clint Barton in a dumpster and they bond. Then bond with other Avengers. Just Jason making friends and his skills appreciated by other skilled folks.
When Sanity Runs Out by heretoday898 - Jason and Roy in Star Wars. Them just being flung into the middle of Clone War drama and rolling with it and seeing through others bs. Mostly show offs All-Blades. Him sparring with Ahsoka. Hal and Anakin comparison is pure gold. Also Clone!Tech-Genius!Roy connecting with the clones and admiring tech. Jason being protective and feeling connections to Ahsoka and Barriss.
Give Thanks to Broken Bones by thepartyresponsible - Another Marvel crossover. Jason/Tony. Jason being super badass bodyguard to Tonyâs daughter. Jason being amazing with kids. Him being a protector of heroesâ kids and sidekicks is also amazing.
Seeing Shadows by alittlefoxedup - Talia, Jay and Dami as a family. Jason participating in something like best assassins tournament (which is already cool), while learn under Shiva + him discovering he can see ghosts. Adorable lil Dami who thinks his big brother can beat up evryone.
Son of Shiva by rafamarkos5998Â - Jason is Shivaâs son au. Jason is immortal and gets to finally kill Joker. Him getting some independence from Bats. Some focus on Cass and her journey.Â
This November Life by forestgreen - UTHR au. A lethal, smart and competent crime lord!Jason with a plan, who doesnât goes all dumb and angry the second he meets Batfam. He also gets a cool hacker ally and learning in university. One of the few stories where Tim is mature and sympathetical.
carve a name by FuhkinIero - SladeJay! Usually donât like this pairing for obvious reasons but this one is really good. Slade admiring and testing Jasons skills. Hot swords battle. Slade killing Joker for Jason(!) and Jay being all smitten because of it.
A Most Dangerous Game by Balrog_Roike - Jay discovering that somebody was hunting sidekicks and them being hunted down and killed on the Internet and decides doing something with that, ending up hunting down his supposed âhuntersâ, while the Justice League (and Young Justice) gaping at the screen. Him being terrifying and protective of sidekicks is amazing.
In Another Life by LERDM - Instead of revenge Jason decides to secretly protect Batfamily, while Bruce drives himself somewhat insane trying to figure out who the newest Gotham vigilante, Ghost, is. Protective!Jason.Â
The Phoenix Never Dies by ForceMage56 - This one is just pure perfection. Hurt Jason without being a woobie. Heâs traumatized, hurt and been through Hell and back BUT he is also incredibly strong, able to pick himself up again and again, who saves himself. Likeable OC. Selina/Talia and Bruceâs reaction to this. Badass and skilled Jason. âDo not fight Jason Todd on any battle field, you will loseâ. This work is a great balance of angst, action, character development.
Dead Man Clinging by YukinaZero - After events of the UTHR Jason using his power to control the underworld, investing himself for crime alley, the joker being very very very dead. Also a very funny Lee Jordan-like unprofessional reporter.
I shot the rogue (but I didnât shoot the warden) by wajjs - Jason turns himself into the authorities and gets sent to Blackgate, from where he breaks out whenever thereâs a rogue being a bastard, kills them and turns himself in again and again. The fact he technically serves his sentence makes him untouchable to the Bats. Jason taking power into his own hands and getting a network. Becoming stronger bc of the very thing he was threathened with. Also him making friends and training some of other inmates. He really has a talent to find friends and support in unexpected places. Also people knowing and liking him and old lady who threatened Batman if he do something to Hood.
Seeing the danger by Catharina2003Â - Generally about how dangerous Batkids really is and how people tends to underestimate them sooo much.
Let the Punishment Fit the Crime by RandomReader13Â - Jason murders David Cain for hurting Cass putting his skills to work to make it hurt. Jason going up against child abuser, noting and remembering all scars on Cassâ body and inflecting that pain on Cainâs body is satisfying.
the politics of dancing by TheResurrectionist - Jason being business savvy and showing offs his intelligence to the people who underestimate him. Lucius noticing how much Jay and Bruce are alike.

Rough Heroes by Razzy_ShamelessNerd - Team up with Huntress and Arsenal. Them being ruthless and scaring criminals.
Batman: Arkham Compendium by LananiA3O - Made me fall in love with Arkhamverse single-handedly. Depiction of trauma, ptsd, and recovery is stunningly heartbreakingly well written and feels real. While Jasons trauma and mental/emotional issues is aknowledged  they do not become the only defining trait about him. He is a lot more than that. He is incredibly strong. He picks himself up again and again. And others aknowledges that, they understand that Jason is hurt and traumatized and that he needs help, but they also understand that he is a his own man. He moves on, or at least tries to, rather than let the past hold him down forever. He can also be smart, capable, determined, logical, furious, caring, affectionate, supportive, and humoring (even if he has a rather dark way of expressing these emotions). No one feels like prop up for Jason, they all while care and being there for each other, has their own things and issues going on. Lucius and Alfred are amazing there too. No one deserves them. Even Tim/Barbara doesât fell bad and gross.
Brand New Bridges by thenafics - Jason in Marvel. Issues about explaining Gotham, Batman and Robin to people who doesnât understand how itâs possible is super fun. Jason making friends with Avengers. Thor calling Jay The Fallen Knight but not in the way everyone probably thought.
Hoodlum by unpredictableclone - Jason climbs his way out of Hell. He is a true Gothamâs son. Him being supportive and protective of Crime Alley kids. Also doctor!Jason. Good relationships between him and Talia. âJason Todd is THAT bitchâ is so true.Â
To the Letter by Lysical - Kinda Dark!Jason finds a way to bend Bats rules. âA fate worse than deathâ is suits it very well.

I am. not normal about this fic. and I simply never will be. IMPECCABLE batfam feels with a straight shot of pure angst (and some softer sibling stuff to break it up a bit. I'm not a masochist). it DOES contain implied torture from the antagonist and some implied abuse from Bruce, so be mindful and read the tags before diving in; but I personally thought it was all beautifully handled, and it's one of the few fics with Bad Dad!Bruce that I will accept because of that. all in all, it's one of those fics that tore my heart into pieces and stitched it back together at the end <3
