What does it matter to you?

Orange is trying to seem bigger and stronger than she actually is and Kris is rooting for her every step of the way because they remember being that little kid who was picked on and excluded.

Yellow is tryna kill himself and Kris is like oops. he got that from me. I got it from my parents. runs in the family. And of course its reminiscent of the cowboy movies Asgore used to watch with them when they were young. (maybe if they played cowboys more often then Asgore would take time to join in instead of being to busy with work)

Kris sees green and aside from the whole mute thing, they are reminded of the time they spent with their family in the kitchen as a bonding activity. Kris probably has some good culinary skills but i doubt they care enough to put them to use.

Aqua is being mischievous and Kris is sitting back in a lawn chair like some old person at a family barbeque and they are just like i remember when i used to have fun.... sneaking up on Noelle..... playing with knives..... Giving away stuff my brother owned for free......

Blue is kind of sad to think about the relation too because its more so the potential Kris could have had to be expressive if not for, yknow, US stealing their body.

Seth is being a smart ass and has this weird crush thing on Berdly and Kris is like damn. is this how yall see me? do i really act like this????

Flowery gets kind of weird cause it comes back to Kris feeling like they dont interest Asgore enough for him to spend his time with them. But of course Flowery has the biggest crush ever in the world and Kris is Asgores child and anyone who trys to connect those two facts is probably a sick fuck. Keeping that thought with they both try to change to interest Asgore but in two completely different ways.
