The attached image is a screenshot of an email with the subject line “Love you!” The names, emails, and signatures are blocked out. It reads:

Just wanted to say that I didn't mean to laugh at you when you accidentally signed off on our call with a ‘love you.’ I just found it funny because I've definitely done that before, and I know it happens.

I'm glad you have enough love in your life that that response comes naturally. If anything, you should be proud of that :)

I follow this lady on instagram who rescues cats, and i have been thinking about this video for literal months. behold the transformation of this wretched little beast

When typing up the instructions, the pharmacist or technician was probably using shorthand in the computer, which automatically translates into text a patient can understand. The shorthand for this would have originally been ‘2 pfs po q4h prn hs’, where ‘prn’ stands for ‘as needed’. And there was a typo, so ‘prn’ became ‘pr’, which stands for ‘per rectum’ (aka rectally). I’ve done this myself on accident with ‘diabetes’ (DIAB) and ‘diarrhea’ (DIA), as well as prn and pr.
