The mutant metaphor is good until white mutants are telling Muslims and people they don’t understand oppression
Also too many writers don’t acknowledge intersectionality
Batman media has always had a weird relationship with mental illness and disability, mainly through the villains
Also Arkham Asylum should be more updated by now
I wish Batman wasn’t only implied to be bi and like Khoa in Urban Legends
Here’s some alternative ideas for Lizzie Price (or any kid of Wonder Woman)
Lizzie is adopted by Diana
Lizzie is the clone of Barbara and Diana
Lizzie turns out to be trans of nonbinary
Diana has a son instead of a daughter

Wonder woman has plenty of villains, they just aren’t always written well
There’s so many female characters in the world of Wonder Woman that aren’t given enough attention
I understand (some of) the criticisms about Trinity
I think she’s an example of a good concept, but bad execution in my opinion
Clearing up misconceptions about Wonder Woman and the Amazons
They are not blood thirsty murders
They would only use violence as a last resort and so would Diana
They are not human haters
Many of them are attracted to men, and they are protectors of women
The Amazons do not assault men to have children then cast of the male babies
They are protects of all kinds of women and they are immortal beings
A lot of of these issues with Wonder Woman is because fans and writers drawing inspiration from the New 52
The four Horsemen of characters DC forgets are bisexual

I will never understand why MCU writers had Wanda and Pietro join Hydra, especially with them being ethically Jewish and Romani in the comics
Marc’s Judaism should’ve been more explicit in the show, but I understand that changes with the focus on child abuse and how that traditionally forms dissociative disorders
The idea of Magneto being Romani as well as Jewish is something I never thought about but it is an interesting interpretation
Wanda and Pietro being Jewish (religiously or ethically) is confusing and not as explicit as them being Romani
Here’s why I think mutants having or adopting human children should be in more comics
It could bring up intersectionality through queer, disabled, non white and other human kid or teenage characters
Potentially human allies like Stevie Hunter, Trish Tilby or Val Cooper could return
Characters like Jubilee could Talk about Shogo and Magneto could talk about Anya
Stories could confront mutants having their own biases about other minorities
Stores could confront the supremacy and privilege aspects of the mutant metaphor
There could be fun ways to have another nonpowered hero on the X-Men

There’s this misconception that Magneto hates all humans
Before he was Erik Lehnsherr, he was Max Eisenhardt and he had a sister, uncle and parents who were human that he loved and tragically lost to Nazis during the holocaust
Erik had his wife Magda, a Romani woman he met as a teenager and they had a daughter named Anya who died in a fire started by a mob for humans
If Magneto hated all of humanity he wouldn’t have married a human woman or mourned his families deaths
I think X-Men writers should’ve leaned harder into the flaws of Krakoa as a society instead of doing another “good vs evil mutant” plot line with Msiter Sinister
