i’ve had my cat for 14 years and lately we’ve been going through a lot with his health. he was diagnosed with severe anemia and the treatment for that alone is thousands of dollars let alone the testing to see what’s causing the anemia. obviously that’s all inaccessible so we’ve just had him on meds trying to balance out his blood levels and keep them from dropping further. he was doing okay for a bit but now seems to be getting weaker and last night he had some kind of episode where he was wobbling and breathing heavy. i’ve been so overwhelmed and sad. he’s my legitimate baby i’ve had him since he was born. he’s my love. i don’t know what im going to do without him. i hate to see him like this. it’s really breaking my heart. 

it’s so enraging how fucking incompetent and uncaring the insurance companies and pharmacies are. this is my fourth refill that has been delayed because of the dumbest most avoidable red tape issues and miscommunications or mistakes by these organizations.

you cannot just have people going cold turkey off their psychiatric meds and this is the fourth time in a row. every single time i go to get a refill somehow its not available.

before it would cause me to miss just a day or two but this time i’ve been cold turkey stripped of my ssri for a whole week

it gives me constant headaches, makes my head feel like electricity is surging through it, and throws off my body temp, makes me exhausted. now my anxiety is creeping back and i’m getting irritable again.

they finally have my script but even if i go get it today i can’t start it again til monday at the earliest because i have to wait til i can get in touch w my psychiatrist to see if i have to taper back up again or if i can go in to my two pills

i saw my psychiatrist for the first time since

she put me on fluvoxamine for my ocd and krill oil for adhd. she doesn’t want to introduce to two different meds at once and also adhd meds are normally stimulants and that increases anxiety and ocd symptoms

it takes months for both to kick in so idk how it’s going yet
