Hello! I'm relatively new here, and this is my very first time attempting to post art to the internet. I have a lot of stuff I'd like to share in terms of comics, stories, original characters, fanart (hopefully-- think podcasts, Project Hail Mary, Half Life, and a ton of other stuff), and random stuff I draw (and I also frankly am dealing with a lot and need an outlet where I can vent to real people without overloading the close peeps in my life), and I hope you'll be willing to join me as I figure myself and my art out on here. I am primarily a traditional artist (but am trying to learn digital), am self-taught, and mostly do comics whenever I have the time (there are several long stories I've been working on for years that I'd love to share bits about whenever I get the nerve to, so let me know if you'd ever like to know). Favorite medium is BIC pens and Pilot pens on the grungiest goddamn paper I can get my hands on, for some reason!

I'll try to tag specific known triggers, but no guarentees. Please also note that while most of my art is stylized, my main personas do not have eyes and instead have hollow eyesockets, and I will not tag that, so trypophobia warning I guess.

While my opinions on it are nuanced in theory, in practice I am staunchly anti-AI and refuse to engage with it willingly unless I am literally forced to by a third party (thankfully that only happened once, at work. remains to this day my only usage of GenAI). Do not send me AI-based artwork. Do not feed my art into any AIs, please, as being terrified of that happening has been a huge reason why I haven't posted any of my stuff to the internet before now. Do call out if I've accidentally reblogged something that is AI.

Please note: this is a sideblog only because I am still figuring out social media in general and didn't know that I could have made a second account just for this. If you find my primary blog/sideblogs, please don't point this one out on those, or vice versa. No one who knows me in real life knows this blog and I'd like to keep it that way, at least for now. If you do know me in real life and recognize me based off my art style/ancedotes, please don't tell me you've found this blog. Unless I've drawn/posted vent art or vent poetry containing personally identifiable information that people who don't know either of us would be able to understand, and you want me to take that down, I don't want to know if you're seeing this. Any exceptions to this rule already know who they are (because I have told them explicitly).

This peep is a part of this "how many nonsensical worldbuilding ideas can I chuck into the Sargasso Sea until it spits them back out at me" world where the whole point of it is to stretch both the "crack" and the "taken seriously" in "crack taken seriously."
