I firmly believe one reason women are more prone to developing alzheimers is because women are so stressed. The vast majority of women are caretakers in some sense (This goes for women without a male partner and children too, many women take care of elderly family members) and that would put a lot of pressure on anyone.

If you think feminism is "too extreme", just wait until you hear about the rape, torture, murder, violence, sexual abuse, slavery and oppression that women and girls have endured since the dawn of time.
THAT is extreme.
THAT is true hatred.
THAT is oppression.
Extremism is not when a woman is slightly mean to a man online. Hatred is not when a woman accurately talks about what men have done throughout history, and continue to do to this day.
Extremism is when a man goes on a stabbing spree targeting women because he couldn't get a girlfriend. Hatred is when women and girls are trafficked and sold like cattle. Oppression is when girls are denied education, simply for being born female.
Men hate women because they are women. Women hate men because of men's hatred for women.

her name's Sania Khan. she's a Pakistani woman and on her account she talks a lot about the misogyny their culture's based on and she encourages woman to be more independent and free. she talks about her ex husband, how he abused her, how she's scared of him, how her family doesn't support the divorce decision and gives her lectures about stop talking about it. she even made a video about how she's gonna get killed because of this, but people told her to "quit being dramatic". she got shot and killed by her ex husband (a note, she's 29 and he's 36). she got killed because she knew what she deserved. she didn't obey her husband. she didn't just take the abuse. she walked away. she got a divorce. she didn't just "shut up about it". she talked about her struggles and let women know they're not alone. she's not on this world anymore because a man thought he's entitled to her life.
This is literally south asian culture. People don't realize how common this is here. How many fathers kill their daughters, how many brothers kill their sisters, how many husbands kill their wives. For something as small as having a relationship or wearing "revealing" clothes. (The "revealing" clothes here would mostly be considered conservative in the west). A few months ago there was a news of a father killing his daughter for wearing jeans.
Search up the statistics for honour killings. This place is hell for women. And this culture doesn't stop even when you move to western countries. It actually becomes even more conservative. All the brown communities i know in Canada are super conservative to the point of not even giving their daughters phones.
Still a good precaution. And definitely necessary for everyone for when life has returned to normal in like three years just in case you meet the love of your life and theyâre positive.
Rebloging this to add a little more info because itâs very important:
Antiretroviral therapy when used correctly can cause the userâs âviral loadâ (your viral load is how much of the virus is in your bloodstream), to drop because the medicine prevents HIV from creating copies of itself.
Regular blood tests are done to monitor your viral load, and after taking the medication long enough, it can drop so low that it becomes âdurably undetectableâ. This means that the HIV virus in you has become so miniscule that it canât be detected, and by extension canât be transmitted either. Itâs important to note that in order to be considered durable undetectable, you MUST test as undetectable for at least 6 months after testing as undetectable for the first time.
Also very important, being durably undetectable does NOT mean that youâre cured or that the virus is gone, not by a longshot. The HIV virus is still very much there, but instead of being active, itâs gone dormant in a small number of cells called âviral reservoirsâ. This why itâs EXTREMELY important that even after achieving durably undetectable status, you continue to take your Antiretroviral medications correctly. Because if you stop, the HIV virus will reemerge from the viral reservoirs and pick up right where it left off in creating copies of itself, and you will have to start all over again if you want to become durably undetectable again.
"These young women are only voting for democrats because they want to make sure if they have an ectopic pregnancy, they'll get medical care instead of dying."
"Men's sexuality is visually oriented women's sexuality is relationally oriented"
I really resent the idea women don't care about looks or the idea that women prioritizing warm relations and emotional safety over looks is "natural". Maybe hetero men should get systemically raped and sexually violated for 10,000 years and then we check back to see if they are still only primarily visually oriented or if they start caring about good relations and warm, safe feelings more too.
Men just being able to focus on what aesthetically pleases them sexually is not "natural", it's a privilege afforded by social domination and having less to worry about safety wise.

These are just two of some of the posts by trans women who were unhappy with my criticisms of homophobia and misogyny of two trans women.
Yet Iâm strawmanning and making an evil caricature of trans women and am an awful cruel person for suggesting that there are trans women out there who have very entitled, rapey and incel like mentalities towards cis lesbians.
please please pay attention to what is happening to women in south korea. it was revealed that men had chat rooms where they share photos of women in their family while they groping them and were sexually harassing them and feminists in south korea on twt are asking to spread the word about the crimes done against the women in the country since the media in korea wonât report on it and a lot of international media isnât covering these issues that have been coming up
here's a thread on twt i found explaining the situation... they are also creating ai deep fakes with women and that's why a lot of korean women are telling other women to take down their sns so their photos can't be potentially used
The sexual assault of women by their own brothers, sons, and fathers is part of the widespread deepfake incident that has been revealed through South Korean feminist investigation.
This issue was being completely ignored by the South Korean government and media but thanks to foreign news articles, they have started to pay attention.
However, South Korean journalists who are covering this are now being threatened with having deepfakes made of them.
Also, the government's "investigation" so far seems to consist of a survey asking students if they have committed a crime (used/shared deepfakes)
If there is going to be any justice or even a modicum of safety for young girls and women in South Korea this entire issue needs to remain in the public eye.
One way that we can help do that is by bringing this to the attention of news media in our own countries and sharing the articles. It helped to bring national attention to the case, and it can help to make sure it's not swept under the rug and forgotten about.
Another way we can help is by joining South Korean women on September 1st to ask the government to expel perpetrators from their schools and reveal their identities. If you are on Twitter please join this campaign to put pressure on the South Korean government to hold these monstrous men and boys accountable.
We can also report these Youtube accounts of men who make money off of harassing, mocking, and degrading women to their 100,000's of subscribers.

When Korean women talk about this online they are constantly attacked and harassed and face the ever-present threat of being doxed and assaulted. We can help them bring global and national awareness to these horrifying crimes and help make sure women and girls are protected from these men who are so sure they will never face any consequences for their actions.

A new law in Belgium celebrated by activists for providing a âlabour contractâ to prostitutes will also enable their pimps to punish them with a government mediator if they refuse sex more than 10 times in a six-month period. The Belgian Parliament voted for the law on May 3, with 93 in favor, zero opposed, and 33 abstentions. Â
The legislation is being touted as a win by UTSOPI, the Belgium Union of Sex Workers, which had lobbied extensively for the legislation. The law outlines that prostitutes will receive health insurance, a pension, maternity and holiday leave, and unemployment benefits. Their pimps will be forced to provide them with a âsafety buttonâ to use for emergencies.
Their website claims that the law âis a historic step in the battle for sex workersâ rightsâ and will create a ârespectful, fair relationshipâ between prostitutes and their pimps, with UTSOPI spokesperson Daan Bauwens telling media that he believes âBelgium is really demonstrating that it aims to protect sex workers, regardless of any moral judgements about the profession people may have.â
Prostitutes are to be granted ârightsâ to refuse sexual acts, stop sexual acts, perform sexual acts in the manner they prefer, and refuse to sit behind Amsterdam-style windows (public facing windows where prostitutes are on display). However, should a prostitute use these ârightsâ 10 times within six months, their pimp can then call on a government mediator to intervene.
All pimps must have a registered office and apply to the Belgian government for approval to offer contracts to prostitutes. The contracts will be disguised as hotel-restaurant-cafĂŠ (HoReCa) contracts so that prostitutes can remain anonymous.
Andrea Heinz, a prostitution abolition advocate, called out the new legislation on X (formerly Twitter).
âThere is little chance this will (actually) favour women. Under legalization/full decrim, pimps become âmanagersâ with the backing of the state to further entrench and maintain their power. Pimps see women they sell as products, not people deserving of full dignity & respect.â
Outside the realm of so-called âsex workâ activism, social media users have expressed horror at the new law.
âSo the [government] helps pimps to coerce sex, what a disgusting idea,â posted X user @Bob16747466.

If trans women would just acknowledge that they're men who alter themselves to look like women, in order to ease dysphoria, I wouldn't have a problem with it.
I'm all for men wearing skirts. I'm all for men enjoying whatever stereotypically feminine things they enjoy. I'll even support medical transition, provided you're over eighteen, understand the health risks, and have faced persistent dysphoria.
The problem is that they've redefined "woman" to be a feeling. I can no longer use "woman" to discuss the tangible reality of having a female body. Presenting as women isn't enough for them, they have to be women.
Not only does this erode my ability to discuss sex-specific issues, but it leads to self-identification policies that allow men into female-only spaces. Female-only spaces that were created because of the physical threat men pose to women.
I was accused of "driving a shiv between cis and trans women," when I tried to discuss how cis women, face different issues from trans women. I didn't even say that trans women aren't women, but acknowledging a difference at all was enough to elicit hostility. (Their follow-up sentence was, "Someone should drive a shiv through you.")
My issue with the trans movement isn't dysphoric individuals trying to feel comfortable, but the denial of how biology impacts our lives.
like men call women weak for not being stoic and unaffected by rape threats, death threats, rape, oppression, humiliation, torture etc they've been enacting for thousands of years but as soon as a woman goes "i hate men" they start crying? who is the weak one here?
