I think the best evidence for him being disabled is his speech patterns being something hes not doing on purpose. Like hes stuttering over himself, cutting himself off, and most notably has to take his time to communicate important instructions like getting back to the basement with the disk so he makes sure hes saying it correctly. Like for somebody whos trying to make a deal and convince you to help him, its not exactly helpful if hes not making much sense, and it seems a bit more intense than a wacky gimmick

Ralsei specifically calls him a corrupted program, which as far as darkners go, is basically saying hey this guy is sick and broken. Like, ralsei recognizes this guy isnt behaving this way on purpose. That theres something fundamentally broken about him compared to other cyber world darkners.
