This place is f'en good. Went at 11p and only had to wait 15mins. Otherwise it would have been 2+hrs. Single cheeseburger with fried egg and thick slices of porkbelly. Homemade Bologna sandwich. Roasted bone marrow with beef cheeks. Delicious French fries and secret yummy sauce. Homemade root beer. Best meal so far!!! I'm impressed chi-town (at Au Chavel)
