#hotpot

hotpot used to be an ambulance and was the medic for her autobot squadron, who unfortunately were shot out of orbit by decepticons above an alien planet. everyone except hotpot was killed and hotpot herself was presumed dead and thus abandoned on this very distant alien planet for several thousand years. after fixing herself and realising she wasn't getting off this planet any time soon, hotpot did some exploring and realised she had landed nearby a major population centre - and not only were the native biological population friendly enough to an erstwhile soldier in the cybertronian civil war, they also introduced hotpot to her new obsession: organic cuisine.

transformers by nature can't eat or process organic food, nor do they really want to (most of them think it's pretty gross). but hotpot had been isolated for a couple hundred years by the time she got in contact so she had an open mind for pretty much anything to keep her entertained. she was SO entertained that she actually decided to... operate on herself to give herself the top half of an extremely realistic digestive system. mostly the mouth part (functioning tastebuds and the like, not so much the waste evacuation part - it just gets incinerated LOL).

from that moment, hotpot fell in LOVE with flavour and cooking and the incredibly diverse world of FOOD!!!! she even rebuilt herself a little into a food truck and changed her name to suit (it used to be hotspot) (she isn't..... super creative) and just for good measure transed her gender as well.

when the war ended, hotpot rejoiced at the opportunity to travel the universe freely and start working on her food blog! unfortunately, she was still stuck on this planet with no real way of getting off.

...until a ship piloted by a little green thing and his quiet friend showed up at her doorstep :^)
